DWPS heartily welcomed all it’s students back to the Amazon , Taiga and the newly added Atlantis block ,on the reopening day, with a fantabulous Welcome Assembly, hosted by the senior students of Grade 12. Exuberant cultural performances , complemented by LED displays on stage, ranging from Voice and Vision fused with dance and music , to a spectacular Mime , topped with a mesmerizing hosting by MC’s , an enthralling TED talk, followed by our esteemed Director sir’s and Principal’s address, captured our DWPians in a spellbound trance , who happily walked into their happy classrooms.
ATLANTIS Arises: A New Chapter Begins! 🌊
With hearts full of joy and gratitude, we happily inaugurated our majestic new building ATLANTIS on the auspicious day of June 11, 2025.
Towering proudly among Amazon and Taiga, ATLANTIS now stands as the gigantic symbol of vision, growth, and innovation at DWPS!
The day began with a sacred Ganapati Homam, invoking divine blessings for a prosperous journey ahead. In the gracious presence of our students, we celebrated the inauguration, creating a moment etched in time.
Our Grade 6 to 8 students stepped into ATLANTIS with wide eyes and cheerful hearts, filling its corridors with Euphoria, Energy, and Excitement.

Hands for Learning, Not for Labour 📚
On June 12 – World Day Against Child Labour, our Grade 8 Kiwi students took the stage with purpose and passion during the morning assembly.
Through a thought-provoking quote, a moving skit, and impactful slogans, they shed light on the harsh realities of child exploitation and reminded us all of the importance of protecting childhood.
This day, first observed in 2002, urges global action to create a world where children grow with education, dignity, and dreams — not burdened by work.

Our brilliant Grade 7 Kiwi students delivered an insightful and impactful assembly on the occasion of World Food Safety Day, held on Friday.
Food safety is a vital component of public health. It plays a pivotal role in protecting individuals and communities from foodborne illnesses, which can range from mild discomfort to life-threatening conditions. This assembly aimed to spotlight the importance of food safety, its influence on public health, and the proactive steps we can all take to ensure our food is safe and hygienic.

🧘♂️🎶 *On 21st June*, our school came alive with energy and enthusiasm as we celebrated *International Yoga Day & World Music Day with the theme 🧘”Harmony within🧘🏻, 🎶Melody Around”🎶*
The day commenced with Mass Yoga Sessions, where our Yoga Trainers, Educators, and Students came together to perform a series of asanas and breathing exercises. Each posture was gracefully demonstrated and thoughtfully explained with its health benefits, promoting a sense of holistic wellness—nurturing the body, mind, and soul.
The celebration unfolded further with:

Our smart kids of Grade 8 LYCHEE performed an Assembly on 23.06.2025 on The Theme – World Hydrography Day. It has given a deep knowledge and information on what is Hydrography? The importance of the day was delivered in a precise way through the TED talk. ‘Quiz’ related to the topic was also conducted. Mime on the theme ‘Importance of conservation of Water’ was beautifully presented by the boys.

We DWPS had the privilege of hosting *Ms. Kamali Rajesh, Global Head of People & Organisation Development at Syngenta Group,* for an inspiring session with our Grade 8–12 students.
She guided them through personal strengths analysis and shared valuable insights on setting and achieving goals, handling stress, choosing dream colleges, and addressing societal challenges. What really resonated was how she drew from her own journey—candid, relatable stories that brought each topic to life.
Students asked insightful, relevant questions and received thoughtful, real-world answers: strategies for stress management through simple breathing exercises, milestones for goal-setting, and examples of social impact rooted in her lived experience.
*One memorable takeaway:* Ms.Kamali Rajesh offered a fresh spin on an old proverb— *“Where there is a will, there are many ways”—* showing how determination can open multiple paths forward.
